Keeping the tennis club clean and safe

Updated: Apr 3, 2020

With the Covid-19 outbreak, it is important for our tennis community to stay clean and safe throughout these difficult times.

The club has had a complete bacteria disinfection to ensure to members and guests of the safety of our setting. We hope that you can manage to keep an active lifestyle throughout these tough times. If you do play tennis, we recommend changing some things on the tennis court to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

  • Arrive and leave with a face mask

  • Replace high fives and handshakes with the touching of tennis rackets

  • Keep a meter and a half distance between players

  • Wash hands before and after playing

  • Avoid touching your face

As the situation continues to get stricter it is probable that quarantines will be put in place for the general public and tennis will no longer be available. In that case, take these two weeks to rest off your tennis elbow, watch highlights from your favorite player, practice your volleys from your home walls and when you step onto that tennis court again, you will be unplayable.
